When I’m I’ll I need to see a doctor but i can’t get an appointment. The system is to ring at 8.30am and if you’re lucky you will get an appointment that day. If not- ring tomorrow and so on. The only two times I’ve managed to get an appointment it has been with Denton then Glossop dispite ringing and being registered with Hyde. I have things that haven’t been treated because the system is set up to stop you seeing the doctor | ||||||

Can never get an appointment or telephone consultation with a doctor & very difficult to get someone to answer the phone at reception. I call in the middle of the day & i’m told to call in the morning for an appointment. I call in the morning and told that thwre sno appointment ls. Whats the point in me being a part of this GP centre If I can’t get access to a GP. Absolutely poor poor service. I’m leaving this GP alongside the rest of my family. | ||||||
