Excellent communication listening and advice and speedy decisions and treatment/tests undertaken without fuss. Answers given without fuss. Ask a doc very easy to use and they reply promptly. | ||||||

I recommend Brooke surgery in the highest regard I am not a well man with multiple problems from physical to Mental health but I have to say whenever I’ve needed to speak or see my GP/nurses the admin staff are always very helpful I only wish there was someway other than saying thank you to all of them from the cleaning team right up to the top of the ladder I find it similar to I watch you need to Little Coxs to make the big cogs turn so you get the correct time or in this case the right treatment whenever I’ve needed referrals scans x-rays bloods of which there have been many I’ve always received 110% from my doctor / nurses /admin staff at the surgery even in my darkest days she has always made sure that I have numbers addresses or some sort of contact to get help and support any time night or day I count myself as very lucky being patient there I know many of my friends are always complaining and struggling about their practices I just want to say a big thank you to one and all for all that you do for me and the other patients at the Brooke surgery | ||||||
