I have always found the staff at Beech House, be they Medical and/or Admin staff to be courteous and attentive and nothing is too much trouble for them. Although the majority of appointments are scheduled to be only 10 minutes long, I have never felt under pressure to end the consultation. |

The appointment screen and the calling sound really need to improve for such a big GP center. When I check-in in the medical center, the sitting area was quite small, but the worse thing is I did not know when I was called because the notification sound was to low! People will easily missed it if they not watching the screen all the time. Please can you turn the notification sound louder or improve the calling system. Thanks. |

I would like to thank a particular Doctor for dealing so promptly , with a form that I needed her to approve and authorise. It was completed within two days, a five star result indeed, as I have heard other surgery’s taking weeks to complete, cannot praise the doctors and staff as a whole enough . |
