NEVER answer the phone, EVER! All receptionists apart from the odd one are just plain rude. Not helpful at all, act like whatever you ask is too much effort for them. If I could actually get in with another doctor I would, currently on hold since 7:50am Tis now 8:18am!! Great service | ||||||

The worst surgery ever! They never pick up the phone, even if you try early morning or afternoon. Have been waiting for an appointment for 3 weeks. Every time I visit the surgery, the staff is not bothered at all, they are too busy arguing about spare change. Very disappointing is the lack of doctors, don’t need to mention you’ll never see the same doctor again. Cervix screen done by nurse who wasn’t trained for it.... Prescription for a newborn compared to a make up From boots by one of the staff members and later on they just send you to a shop to buy it anyway..So many times received a letter with wrong dates, wrong address...this place needs a big change. | ||||||

Called in today and one particular receptionist was a lady in the way she went above and beyond support for me. She suits this role and I hope she is valued as a great help and a people’s person. Great to c things like this :-) adele | ||||||
