I am have been with this practice since 2010. I am happy with all the doctors except for one that has upset me twice. The only downside for me is that I have had medications removed without my knowledge. I would like to suggest that when the practice decides to review the medication, pstionts should be consulted prior to the act. Removal of medication can have negative effects on the care that is provided which would defeat the whole purpose. Patients are different. While the PCT might have a particular policy on withdrawal of particular medications, this should be discretionary not making it a blanket decision. | ||||||

I requested a repeat prescription for medication that should have routinely put on repeat as I am currently awaiting a confirmed shoulder replacement and suffer with arthritis in my left ankle I recieved an email to say I need to make an appointment to have this medication represcribed As I work 12 hr shifts in Liverpool this is almost impossible any time I have free is taken up caring for my wife, this surgery needs to be more patient centric | ||||||
