I am writing this in respect of Dr S Majumdar's handling of my recent dilemma which left me urgently requiring a 'fit to fly' endorsement. His empathy, good humoured approach more importantly his thorough yet speedy assessment and actions, (above and beyond the call of duty), were absolutley outstanding. Thanks to you Sir, I managed to salvage the greater part of my much needed holiday and spend some valuable time with members of my family, I am very grateful indeed to you - keep doing what you do, it really does make a great difference! | ||||||

Myself and my family have been patients at this practice for over 30 years. Sadly, due to misinformation provided by them we are now forced to leave and seek an alternative GP Practice. This has caused great upset and stress within my family and the Practice were unwilling to recognise the impact of their mistake and do the honourable thing by allowing us to remain. Clearly this experience has revealed an important training need within the Practice management system in order to prevent a reoccurrence for other patients. Despite this however I have nothing but praise and admiration for the GP’s at the practice who have provided excellent care. The issue remains purely on the management side. | ||||||

Only recently joined the practice after moving house. I had gallstones and my husband was ready to start chemo. I was supported to get my surgery quickly and he was monitored throughout his chemo. We are pensioners now and need more medical attention that ever before but we are happy to know that Dr's from this practice are always available. | ||||||
