I have been using this practice since 1992. I have always been treated with respect and care. Due to various health issues I am regularly visiting and have rarely had any issue at all with the staff be they doctors, admin or nurses.
They are welcoming, considerate, helpful, empathic and wonderful. Long may it continue. | ||||||

Over the last 2 years I have presented with several health issues to this surgery. I have experienced nothing but excellent care and helpful, diligent, compassionate staff, From reception to medical staff and those I have been referred to via the surgery. This has included emergency attention, telephone discussions with doctors and nursing care, alongside typical doctor appointments. Every time I have needed external medical support or services, the referrals have swiftly been made (even after I personally messed up and failed to attend for various reasons, tolerance and understanding have been paramount) I have fully been informed on how I can access further support and services provided which may help me with long term health issues or simply aid access to information, this, via surgery staff and conveniently for me, letter or text services. I frequently use the online access too, which I find very informative and simple to use. I finally after many years feel I am getting due care and attention the NHS profess to provide, including follow up and even compassionate aid which tolerates my own idiosyncrasies. I felt I had to leave a review as a means to showing my gratefulness for these excellent care providers. I would highly recommend this surgery, to anyone | ||||||

My Husband and I changed to this practice approximately eighteen months ago after being with our previous doctors for 25 years. It was the best thing we ever did. My Husband who had long standing health issues that weren't been dealt with was quickly referred to the relevant people and is now doing so much better. I have recently visited the practice with a medical issue which was quickly identified and a diagnosis given. I have never had any problems getting a timely appointment when needed and find all staff helpful, courteous and caring. | ||||||
