They say the professionalism , mannerisms and etiquette of the reception staff is a reflection of the surgery aa a whole and i partly agree. Allthough the GPs are amazing, the reception staff inpartically a woman named Stacy is yet to be desired. I have never known such a bold nasty woman in my life. Insulting me twixe ob the call due to constant mistakes madd by the adminstrators. When facts are pointed out ti her she is quick to play the victime card , then in a blink of an eye becomes insulting. Her colleagues prenltentially breached my data on 2 occasions and shs had the nerve to state i was overreaching and if i dont like if to leave . I had only joined a few weeks at this point. It is clear she has never been spoken to abour her attitude which seems ti be a refkection on the management Think carefilly before joining fhis surgery | ||||||

I have been a with this surgery all my life and have always found the staff to be knowledgeable and helpful. I especially think Dr Cauldwell, Judah, McIntyre and ANP Natalie to be excellent. The nursing staff are also very good. I don’t seem to have trouble getting appointments, but getting through to the reception is a struggle. I called 113 times the other day before getting through which is very time consuming. However, I can cope with this providing there is the offer of an appointment be it face to face or via telephone at the end of it when needed. All in all I think a lot of the negative reviews are unfounded and am very pleased with the service my family and I have received. I wouldn’t move to another practice. | ||||||

Medication changed and taken off repeat without consultation or discussion. Incorrect medication prescribed, which was only changed due to new pharmacy noticing interactions and ringng doctor, and another medication stopped from prescribing by NHS due to dangers, still prescribed by these GP's for 3 months, but this was my fault as I requested it on my repeat, not theirs, for prescribing a banned medication. Don't complain, or expect an apology, you are just told to leave. | ||||||
