I have contacted the practice to day as I notice that my husbands account, was showing a request for medication which I have not requested for him this week.
On checking with the practice they had once again put my medication on to his account and not mine.
I requested this medication this week via letter in my name, with my date of birth, and my NHS number, plus it was signed by me.
This is the second time this happened, last month and this month. And I find this is not acceptable.

Today I went to this practice for an ultra sound . I had been told drink 1litre and a half prior to the appointment. I was in so much discomfort and pain leading up to the appointment due a four bladder. My appointment was then 20min late. This doesn’t normally seem a lot but when you are in this much discomfort it is agony. I started to cry with pain. Once I got called in, she told me to stop crying as I was making her feel bad!! (The lady doing the ultra sound) she told me to empty some of my bladder as it was over stretched . So I did and came back. She then sent me back and said did u listen to what I said to you. This time empty some of your bladder some more as it is still over fill making sure you leave some for the scan. I was in so much discomfort and she was so rude to me. I’ve been in bed since With a swollen stomach. I will not be returning to this practice again. I needed gynae help was referred to Dr Khan who saw me quite quickly. My situation was challenging yet she was patient, calm, very friendly, professional, and managed to help me during covid where in the past I've had to save aesthetic. I seriously can't thank her and her assistant enough for their help and patience in helping with something that was of great importance. Thank you so much. It is very obvious to me that Dr Khan is a very very qualified gynaecologist in all kinds of situations, who will go to any lengths to do things for a patient providing they're not in pain or distress, their welfare come first. I very much like this gp and felt very comfortable with her and you just know when someone talks to you before doing something if you can place your trust in them, and Dr Khan is one Dr you can. She is definitely all about her patients and anyone is safe with her. Thank you so much once again for helping me, I am so so grateful. | ||||||
