Phoned this morning as I’m not well, suffer with a lung condition but it’s managed well, I have what I think is a chest infection. As I’m no doctor I cannot confirm without a professional opinion. No Good Morning all I got was - hello, is it a medical emergency. Im Sorry but if it was a medical emergency I’d have gone to A&E. It’s hard enough to get through in a morning and if you don’t persist to get an appointment you just get told that no appointments available and you’ll have to ring back the next day. I feel like this doctors have gone so far down hill and it’s a shame because the doctors and nurses that work there are lovely and always help. Shame that the booking system and stampede of phone calls in a morning make it one of the worst to get an appointment. |

I have called this morning , spoke to someone who said it was just the way that 2 week cancer referral could take over 6 weeks , that’s the way it is , sorry can’t give you contact details of practice manager but can give you her name , can give you my first name but no other details , When I asked did the doctor know a 2 week referral was taking over 6 weeks . I was told of course he does it’s just the way it is across the board , would Love to be Co at red for a meeting please with the practice manager and this person , |

I recently registered with this practice as new to the area, was given an appointment within 10 days to see the nurse for general health check. The nurse was really helpful and gave me lots of information, send me for blood tests and there was hardly any waiting time, probably 5-10mins. The nurse was also able to book me additional appointments over the next 4 weeks for follow ups and to speak to the GP as they are not urgent i don't see the issue with the appointment times. Have also contacted a couple of times on the phone and had no issues getting through and found the staff to be friendly and very helpful. |
