I had an appointment on the 6th with young Doctor Hussain she reminds me of old Doctor Hossain who takes time to get to know his patients, She was excellent a good addition to the practice. The staff in the office I don’t need to comment on them as they are all good fun anyway. | ||||||

One of the receptionists is very rude. When I phoned for an appointment because I missed an appointment, insisted that I had received a text. I told them that I hadn't they then began to check my phone number, insist that I had and basically accused me of lying. I was then told that if I dont turn up for another appointment I will be asked to find another Doctor. I have been with my doctor for over 28 years and if they feel I need to go elsewhere - then so be it, but don't think it is up to a receptionist to decide. However, if this receptionist is rude again then I will be going elsewhere. | ||||||

I am really impressed with this surgery . I joined 2 years ago. Wonderful Drs. Personaly helped me a lot when i lost every thing in my life. My Doctors were my only support even helped me to get benefits when i did not have anything to eat. I am back on track and all credit goes to two particular doctors. One of these doctors was almost in tears after listening my story and what i have gine through in my life. I am still happy to wait an hour in waiting room but see them. God bless this surgery. | ||||||
