Absolutely the worst GP surgery I have ever been in. You can never get an appointment and if you ever have seen them, nothing has ever been followed up. Been waiting to be referred to specialists for myself and my son for over a year. As a frontline NHS worker , it has been impossible to get an appointment- absolutely feel like they do not care one iota about their patients. Furthermore, my elderly father has had to shield during the pandemic and my elderly mother constantly tried to contact the surgery, regarding the vaccine but to no avail!! They had to arrange it all themselves at the Etihad, after discovering that most of the people they know had had it - and they weren’t even shielding! Absolute dire, terrible surgery. It has even been on special measures in the past!!! Avoid at all costs!!! | ||||||
