Block Lane Surgery

Spoke to a doctor via telephone consultation. He didn't listen to my worries. He couldn't wait to get of the telephone to me. I was very polite and explained to him that I was experiencing dizzy spells and I fell in the bathroom yesterday. I explained that I live on my own and have no one to look after me. He just said I will give you more medication. I explained I was scared and vulnerable and couldn't get a shower and couldn't get upstairs. He wasn't bothered and just discounted the call.

If i could I'd leave a no stars review i would. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour from the administration secretary and incompetent staff. Forget their phone lines being busy the best part of the morning when they do answer they are so rude.Since when did they become medical professionals. I can see i'm not alone in leaving a negative review. I will be reporting this sugery to the right professionals. They need to be investigated. If anything happens to my daughter they will be held responsible.My child is a vulnerable individual. 224 calls in one day of calling them forget the rest of the week of me not getting through I did manage today only to be told that the doctor doesn't deal with the anyone who has asthma or inhalers. Apparently Joanne does the same person who left a note on my file saying if my inhaler doesn't work it's tough because that's all that's available to me. Since changing the ventolin to salamol I can't breath and my chest is tight at all times. Covid left scarring to my lungs so that's added to the downfall of my health. The surgery receptionists make medical decisions for you. Here I am a patient that can barely breath told by receptionist that I am should not go to A&E but then why won't my surgery help me. I just need a change in inhalers.
