Excellant practise. Professional doctors and nursing staff. Receptionist work very hard and deal with the occasional awkward patients very well. The environment is calm, pleasantly decorated and very clean. Car parking is excellant with adequate disabled spots too. Nearby chemist is also good and staff caring. | ||||||

Received a txt for bloods,told to ring them,it's on my phone 7 calls listened to all the jargon then cut off,I've been treated for mental health for years and not once been referred to a mental assessment team,I'm totally done with rude receptionist and obviously incompetent doctors,what a shame.Was also booked in for operation Tuesday 25,got there at 7,2 doctors assumed it was a hernia on my right thigh,how they missed the tennis ball size 1 on my stomach oh it changed,after pre op on phone,knowing I'd had previously had mild stroke and Stent fitted,pre op phone calls pointless as to my dismay when anesthetist noticed something ,told surgeon,operation cancelled,at a cost of I believe 30.000,I'd rather stay away and suffer | ||||||

Excellant receptionists and doctors. They work extremely hard and like all other practices, they have had to adhere with the covid restrictions. Sense there are alot of demands on the NHS but it's so wrong to become irritated and demanding when staffing levels are stretched to breaking points. As an adult, we need to focus on being kind and patient. Too much aggression and selfishness amongst some patients. | ||||||
