Had minor surgery,retold me of reason and confirmed diagnosis.Thoroughly explained both procedure and risks,checked I understood. Procedure was quick ,effecient and painless. Checked I was ok.discussed after care and issued leaflet. All in all very good felt listened to and comfortable. Thanks Dr Ali | ||||||

Even if the Dr phoned my partner as requested she took out time to speak to me as well. Although it was just for a repeat prescription Dr Ayton listened to me as to why I needed a repeat. We both are very grateful for all the help we get and thank you so much for it. | ||||||
