Can't get an appointment when you want one ...doctor tells you when to come back but receptionist says they don't book in for 2 weeks in front so phone back ...no appointments left !!!! Doctors are good but receptionists need to learn people skills never smiling too busy talking to each other ....you feel like you are disturbing them when to go up to the desk.... |

Reading some good reviews on here and I’m thinking, are we even going to the same doctors ?? It’s the worst place I’ve ever been too, appointments are impossible to book, you have to ring at 8:45am on the dot other wise you’re 28th in the que and the doctor you want to see is either fully booked or isn’t in or the doctors is only open half a day, which isn’t great when you’re working! I think the receptionist are just generally rude and don’t make you feel welcome at all, they give you dirty looks if you have to ask them a question like you’re wasting their time, isn’t that their main job role ? To smile and be polite ? ... if you have to come back to see the doctor for a review then you’re lucky if you see the same doctors, other wise you have to explain yourself again and again to the other doctors as to why you’re there, YES they can read from the computer but it’s not the same when you have already plucked up the courage to speak to one doctor (in my case depression/ anxiety) which is hard enough to explain in the first place! The toilets are disgusting, pee all on the seats and floor, I don’t normally turn my nose up but it was ridiculously scruffy and I had to stand in there to do pee samples... to end this on a better note, some of the doctors aren’t great they literally google your symptoms right in front of you BUT I have to say they’re some great doctors that will literally go out of their way to really help you and push for your hospital appointments to hurry up and that’s one particular doctor, but he's like gold dust to get booked in with. So good luck |
