I and my children’s families are with this practice and have been for around 45 years, the Receptionist are always helpful, pleasant and patient, the doctors are very good, I am very happy to be with this practice and would not change it |

I have been with this g.p surgery all my life but will be changing. My health conditions have not been monitored or medication prescribed correctly, with consequences that I had to attend A&E Staff not communicating either written or verbal messages, the answer machine guidance has been incorrect for weeks, there is no Ask my G.P service now 4 times I have asked for a G.P callback for a sick note over the past 8 days and still haven't received one. I have actually been to see the nurse and requested a call back in reception, today the receptionist rang me (4 days later) saying I need to request a call back. I could explode with the stress the frustration is causing. I feel for any elderly person or anyone with difficulties as they are also vulnerable to the lack of care planning and action. |

The GP is the worst on the planet. They don’t give appointments but keep asking for new patients. Stay away from them! A trial will definitely convince you |
