Awful receptionists, careless staff, can never get through on the phone. The receptionists are terrible and rude. |

I had my baby four months ago and wanted to arrange a smear as I had received a letter from the NHS advising I was now due for one. Receptionist comes back with an appointment on a slip of paper for a date I cannot make. I asked for her to see if there was an appointment on a Thursday so I could leave the baby at home with my husband whilst I had the appointment as he worked from home that day./ (I attended a smear 3 years ago with my baby daughter and the nurse was off with me for having the baby with me). Receptionist comes back telling me I am being too specific with the appointment times I need and to call the surgery another time. This is when I am stood at the desk trying to book an appointment. So that's great....another fight to get through on the phone and being on hold for ages. I had to have surgery following my last smear.....not exactly great service faffing me around. I can't attend with a baby but they can't accommodate and arrange an appointment on the day I can leave the baby at home. if I could attend the appointment with a baby I wouldn't need to have an appointment on a certain day. Poor! |

I have been with this practice for over ten years and have no complaints. The doctors are very caring and always have time to listen to you. I have also found the reception staff helpful and friendly and overall I am happy with the service. |
