Reception staff v poor.Doctors will not see in person.No face to face anymore.When you ring the surgery very often the call isn't answered.Poor service in general. | ||||||

Following surgery this GP has never once asked to see me to check my condition. I've repeatedly had to chase this doctors surgery to assess my condition, which I don't feel they take serious and repeatedly complain following them removing my pain medication and not advising me before making me travel to their chemist, with one working leg, for no reason. Each time they never give notice and apart from one student doctor who has now left, not one has made me feel comfortable approaching them for help. | ||||||

No where on earth runs perfectly . Even a Rolls Royce breaks down some time. Trust this Surgery, the ladies on reception are excellent and are very helpful. I get my prescription on time , my tests , Covid etc, are done on time. Practice nurse, very efficient, and understanding. I think , this is an outstanding practice, and worthy of this recommendation. Ginger Guest | ||||||
