I handed my application form complete with my ID on 7th of July to register with this doctor but when I decided to have an emergency appointment in September 20th the staff was very rude and had told that I am not registered there and they have lost my application which was handed in July. The staff also put a false allegation against me for being abusive and had put the phone down without letting me speak to practise manager. I could seek medical treatment due to they mistakes. | ||||||

I have moved to this gp surgery recently. I have had more cancelled appointments than actually being able to attend at the appointment date given. The reception staff do not have the decency to ring me atleast half an hour before my appointment to say it has been cancelled. They wait till I arrive at the surgery to say there is no doctor or the appointment has been cancelled or ring 5 minutes before the appointment time. With a small baby this is extremely difficult to go back and forth continuously day after day to expect to be seen. | ||||||
