In possible to get an appointment so sick of trying fed up. Go on line no appointments for 4 weeks I live on my own im62 with mental health problems and disabled what a joke I could be dead in my flat and rioting away nobody would know | ||||||

I can’t even get staff to answer the phone never mind obtain an appointment. How they got a good rating is beyond me it has been completely fixed. Will be moving from this awful practice. | ||||||

Stonehill, refused to make a face to face appointment over 3, years and then failed to inform the disabled service user, who is visually impared with several learning disabilities they had deducted her from the surgery for complaining abiut no appointments and no treatment.They have refused to respond to five years of serious misconduct and failed to comply with a subject access request. Fortunately they are now being persued by judicial review | ||||||
