None of the Doctors have sufficient training in management of the menopause and HRT. They have a nurse who has a little training but cannot prescribe medication. I have had to seek private medical care to get on top of debilitating symptoms at my own cost and even then they have been obstructive in issuing the meds agreed by the specialist doctors. This affects around 50% of the work force and must impact on days absence and quality of work for female or female born staff. Please address this I know you are not alone but be the pioneers |

After 33 weeks of waiting for a response to a complaint and still no resolve, I have registered with another practice. Patient records with x ray results of x rays never taken, wholly inaccurate notes made by doctor, referrals made incorrectly, lie after lie, excuse after excuse ..... For me, enough is enough! I won't miss the glares from receptionists, having to ring every morning at 8 and then wasting too much time waiting to be number one in the queue. The last 12 months have been a complete nightmare, through having to deal with their sheer incompetence, stupidity and complete lack of empathy! |
