I have been at this surgery for a number of years all appointments with gps have been great for me and my family. Receptionist are helpful and accommodating. However my experiences with one particular nurse is very poor. She is condescending and rude. I try to avoid appointments with her however sometimes inevitable. This seems to be a running trait in the reviews. Hopefully Parbold surgery will address this or hopefully get another nurse! Regarding your experience with the practice nurse I must apologise if you feel that at any time the service we provide is poor. I will speak to the nurse regarding your comments as soon as possible. I've been a patient in this practice for over sixty years and I have never had anything but excellent and professional service from both the medical and administrative staff. I would recommend this practice unhesitatingly. | ||||||
