Worst GP practice i have ever been to the staff are rude and obnoxious. You have more chance of winning the lottery than booking an appointment with them |

I'm afraid to say that over the past few years the practice has gone down hill very quickly. Thankfully I'm under the care off the IBD nurses at Fairfield hospital and under a consultant there and Ive had to go to them recently for various test etc because I get no help from whitworth medical practice. Never answer the phones, never any appointments. I need my bloods taken every three months in order to have my medication released but I end up traveling to Fairfield hospital because I can't get an appointment at Rochdale. Thankfully I have a car. I was having problems breathing and was worried because I used to work with asbestos. I tried to make an appointment and was told none were available and ring 111 by the receptionist. The IBD nurses at Fairfield got me tested 2 days later. I have just tried to book my flu jab and was declined because I'm under 65 even though I have a medical condition. I'm having it under the NHS at Boots in Rochdale tomorrow. Couldn't book my bloods because apparently they have no blood bottles. Nurses at Fairfield are sending me 3 blood cards through the post so I'll have my bloods taken at Rochdale infirmary. |

I’ve been missed diagnosed with two terminal diseases at this practice and sent to see a specialist to be told there’s nothing wrong with me. They withhold medication I need for asthma and swap it for medication I’ve been told not to take because I have side effects and keep insisting I take so now I have no reliever medication for asthma . I could not recommend using this Doctors the nursing staff are very good |
