We have been patients at this surgery all our lines ( both 60+) and have been told that we are to be deregister due to being out of area! We have lived in this area for 25 years, so what has changed? Complete lack of duty of care, abysmal attitude from staff when questioned, prob will be glad to go.?????? |

We have been going this surgery since we were children ( in our 60s now) and now they have decided we have to leave because we 'live out of the area as prescribed by the NHS' Complete rubbish, the practice decides their catchment area, not the NHS. I have not moved for 25 years, so how come now? Complete lack of duty of care and just all round incompetence. |

Second year in a row rang to book for tablet review. Gave the girl 3 dates, first 3 dates are fully booked gave them a 4th date of 3 weeks and 3 days later girl told me to ring back in June, in this digital age cannot understand why you cannot book an appointment 3 weeks and 3 days in advance or it could be that the girl couldn’t be bothered, it does seem nowadays people like to make it more difficult than it needs to be had the exact same problem last year. The girl that I spoke to told me no appointments for this week fully booked up then later in conversation she told me the girl that does the reviews is on holiday make your mind up. You would have to say the service I got today reflects the poor standards at south king street medical centre in Blackpool |
