I want to stay a bid thanks to a very nice nurse called Carol Wallace when my wife had her smear test today (12 November 2021) at 09:50 .She was very professional and made her feel very comfortable. My wife says big thanks.

When the Druid Group took over control of this surgery, changes were made, not all for the good. Recently though, we have had a new reception team that seems to know what they are doing, and are a joy to behold in comparison to those that they replaced. Also we now have a settled regular doctor who is a treasure that the patients will not want to lose. Keep up the good work, and don't change anything now.

Dear Patient, Thank you for your kind feedback. Over the last 2-3 years we have indeed made changes to the surgery in terms of premises, appointments, staffing etc. This is enabling us to provide more effective care to our patients. It is encouraging when our patients recognise this. We will continue to get feedback from patients and improve further where possible.

I needed to get my child seen by a doctor because he was very sick in the morning. I took my child to the surgery and was seen the same day. The doctor was very caring and the receptionist was very Kind.Thank you

Dear Patient, Thank you for your kind feedback. We have increased the number of appointments offered at the surgery. We have recruited Physician Associates and Clinical Pharmacists to work alongside the doctors to be able to provide more consultations and more same day appointments. We have also increased the number of telephone consultation appointments. This is enabling us to meet the needs of our patients better. We hope you continue to get a good service from our surgery.
