unfriendly receptionist. Doesnot listen to what we talk. Inadequate customer service training. Whenever I book a telephone consultation the call would get cut off after a ring. It has always been a fight to get an appointment. Today I was holding the line for good 20minutes now and the receptionist said there is no prebookable for the whole month. I heard them say the same thing on the 1st of November. They ask us to call at 8am inthe morning but in vain. It is a mere lottery to get through to speak to the receptionst and would be a wonder to get an appointment. What we look out for is only a telephone conusltation but they would make multiple calls for the same reason to complete their targets eventhough we would have declined it well in advance. Not sure why the service has totally detoriated to this level in this surgery. | ||||||

We are there for along time many years we are tempted to move we are old The reception has gone bad again the reception is not giving any appointments since last week we have been ill my husband is 76 and with heart deasease am 63 with heath deferent heath condition we are told to ring at 8am placed on the queue and get no appointment people like Abdul need to come back to reception and help the new ones this isnot good someone could die.
