I attempted to make an appointment today as I am concerned about a lump in my breast, which I would have thought should be taken seriously. However the day has ended and I have no appointment, no conversation with a doctor, even though I called initially at 08:15 and then around every hour thereafter! I am completely shocked, appalled and upset by this treatment. I will be looking for an alternative practice. This so called triage service does not work! I would not recommend this practice to anyone, you may as well just Google your symptoms and hope for the best. |

I have been a patient for 20 plus years and my wife and I have always been received and treated in a courteous manner. The changes introduced so that an appointment can be made to firstly discuss over the telephone and then if necessary arrange a visit to a GP or nurse seems to work very well.
I have recently had my yearly health check review, and the specialist nurses are to be commended on their expertise, the time given was not at all rushed and recommendations to lifestyle made sense. We both had the shingles vaccine after evaluating the risks in later life.
From reception friendliness, to resolving issues with nurses and doctors, I commend Tudor Surgery. |

Established staff always polite and professional .However on at least one occasion a recent and new member of the team preferred not to come to the reception desk but to remain seated ( at some distance ) and ask " what can I do for you " - this does not seem to be a professional way to interact with patients . far better to discuss issues quietly |
