I have been using this surgery for the past 38 years and have nothing but positive feedback for both the surgery staff and the doctors. Due to an illness I have been having to see my GP regularly since December and am pleased to say that I have not experienced any problems either with appointments or getting through to the surgery. Whilst I was waiting to see the Dr last week an elderly lady came in to make an appointment and she was given one for 20 minutes later, which she was delighted with. Considering the amount of properties that have been built in the Lymm area over the past few years, stretching the infrastructure to breaking point, I am amazed at how well the surgery has coped with managing the influx of new people to Lymm. | ||||||

This review is easy, you can never get an appointment at this surgery without waiting over a week, they advise to ring at 8am & 2pm for a cancellation, so there I go again bang on 8 & 2 phone line dead not even engaged eventually I managed to get through only to be told sorry nothing again all gone, this is an experience I go through every time I need to see a doctor, going private is the only way forward in this country. | ||||||
