I have been with this surgery for almost 6 years, and have always been more than satisfied with the service provided to me and my children, the staff are always happy to help and assist, I know there was a telephone issue, when it was almost impossible to get through to reception during and after Covid, However the surgery have completely turned this around and for a good part of a year I've been able to get through quickly. I have been able to establish a good relationship with more then one doctor here, and I can say that I would have been absolutely lost in the system if it was not for Dr Maldi, who has been my pillar of support after breaking my hip twice in a space of three months, he has gone above and beyond to help in my rehabilitation, it is rare to find such Doctors who understand the true meaning of patient care. The front of house staff are amazing and efficient, they were wonderful when I was bedridden, they arranged for my medication to be dropped off to my home, they answer enquiries and are genuinely helpful. I feel greatful to be a patient at Hobs Moat and thank all the team for doing a wonderful job! |

Reception staff are terrible towards the patient's, they speak to people with absolutely no respect and total contempt. |

Absolutely terrible attitudes amd quite aggressive towards patients the reception staff are so rude . |
