Arran Medical Centre Branch Surgery

My Dr unreasonably and unfairly struck me and my family off the patient register, no written warning or Reasonable grounds. Rather the service she provided was poor she is an arrogant Doctor. She did it because I was calling for 4 weeks straight requesting an urgent letter for my ill child's consultant at BCH. I should have complained When she was showing her incompetence but I didn't. I need to contact the practice manager, 194 Sheldon heath Rd. Sabina.

Doctor is late at times , patients left waiting in reception.

You have only 1 GP. So there is no choice. Like it or lump it. I'd rather lump it,ta. Getting repeat prescriptions is like getting blood out of a stone. The waiting system is archaic. It's first come, first serve and they give you a scruffy piece of paper with a little child's handwriting with a number on it and you have to wait for your turn. The staff show a lack of empathy and compassion people who are suffering from long-term ailments They make you wait at the reception window for ages before they acknowledge you exist make you wear the reception window for ages before the exam. And they lack the decency to give patients the right to confidentiality if you want to discuss a private matter they make the say it out loud in front of all the patients in the waiting room. Avoid this surgery. Dr Google is a better alternative.
