The appointment system at this surgery is appalling, near impossible to get an appointment! No option to book in advance just first come first serve on the day, impossible if your at work and cant sit outside at 8.30 am and phone lines always full! The staff are rude, probably because they constantly get grief from frustrated patients….something needs to change | ||||||

Worst doctors to try and get into they tell you to phone at 8am in the morning and on the phone for almost an hour to be told no appointments left so I always end up at the out of hours doctors which have more time for you... Receptionist are rude and an attitude | ||||||

Called this morning to make an appointment, and was dealt with by receptionist, who was polite, helpful and sorted my request out swiftly. Saw the doctor I requested on the same day.
