    Went for blood test and got telephone call stating I should see a doctor following test results. Went to doctor who stated were worried due to my gout condition. Do not have gout and still not sure was my blood test!

    Have had bad experience throughout my.time with this practise. Doctor was uninterested and I thought rude. Referrals not carried out. Have never seen anyone other than nurse more than once. Have no idea what medication being taken as do not check records and records not kept up to date.

    The Advanced Nurse Practitioner is a very caring professional. Nothing was to much trouble. We felt that she went far beyond the call of duty she listened and acted immediately. We cannot praise her help and advice enough. Thank you so much .
