Usually I am quite good with putting my repeat prescription in on time, due to going on holiday I put it in a few days early (which I didn't know) I did this online, waiting the 48 hours as it says and then went to the pharmacy to collect it and it wasn't their. I thought this was a bit strange, so I went down to this GP Surgery to ask the question. They said it had been cancelled due to it being put in a few days early. There was no contact to myself about it being cancelled, i'm glad i went in to chase it up | ||||||

Unable to get appoints by phone as the practice holding line is limited, the standard practice for the call line is for the call to be dropped. When I am able to attend the morning line up to book an appointment, I have been informed there is only 2 appointments available, people who do not get these appointments will have to return the next day. I began to be able to get appointments online though the app, but have been unable to do so since may 2019 as there are no appointments being made available online. I have been unable to see or speak to a doctor about my required medication and have been unable to renew my medical prescription since my last appointment in may. I was previously encouraged by a doctor at the practice to request further help from the medical centre regarding my health, and have yet been unable to do so. I have actually just checked on-line and there are appointments available in the next couple of weeks? can I suggest that you don't use the app but login via your internet browser - We are finding that the the app has limited functionality! | ||||||
