Never able too get an appointment Which causes more upset and distress especially after having a baby smack bang in the middle of the covid 19 pandemic | ||||||

Rang for an appointment last week was 30 something) from 8 and got appt at 10.15, rang for an appt today from 8 was 30 and no appts.
We are told to ring up on the day for appts at 8 o clock, you do the maths, I was 30 something in the queue yet all the appts are gone, ten minute slots, until 6.30 ? That's with more than one doctor on, nurses, nurse practitioners?
The maths just doesn't add up to me if you work out how many appts there should be in that time and I'm told what number I am in the queue and can't get an appt. Clearly something isn't right and its very frustrating | ||||||

The surgery is a joke u can be on the phone from 8 and still be on hold at 8.30 knowing full well your not going to get a appointment by this time. Whenever I go in that surgery it is always empty. | ||||||
