Disgusting surgery. Reception staff rude,they also seem to think that they know more than the Doctors. Why are untrained staff allowed to decide if you see theDoctor or not. One day they will make a terrible decision, which could cost a life, I am going to change from this surgery before anything happens to me | ||||||

This surgery is not what it once was. The reception staff (male by the name Brai) extremely rude and unhelpful. The surgery no longer assist or help vulnerable people, instead it hides behind covid 19. Trying to make an appointment or get a prescription, you'd be better off trying to get an appointment to see the Queen. This Surgery is not fit for purpose....poor service and even poorer front line staff | ||||||

No matter how many times I ring it’s always the same thing. Been advised to go walk in Center before they’ve even asked you a single question. And once you then get chance to get a word in then they start back peddling and make out they care but they couldn’t care less if honest. Anyone could doo this job just advising every caller to go walk in Center what’s the point in a drs surgery. | ||||||
