Very bad doctors, I got a emergency appointment told the doctor my symptoms and I got told I was trying to emotionally black mail ? Far from this I just got up and walked out as patients should be helped not spoken to like dirt ! New doctors needed here. | ||||||

Chapel house are ridiculous you can never get a appointment when you want also one of the receptionist staff is very rude towards people she really needs to learn some manners. It took several appointment s to be diagnosed with thyroid toxicosis. Told it was labyrinth itis then fobbed off with antibiotics. Sent for full set of bloods thyroid was over 108 yet was told all bloods were normal. Hospital consultant told me I should have been hospitalised with such a reading yet chapel house told me all was normal. Only after someone else picked up the result was I given medication which took weeks to work. I lost a month of work and pay due to this. | ||||||
