45 mins waiting when I'm second in a queue. Gave up in the end. Wanted to cancel an appointment for a friend. Have never found this surgery helpful. Staff rude . A new building and obviously not enough staff. |

What a surgery just called up to discuss a problem the receptionist gave me conflicting advice basically told to call tomorrow and just kept trying to end the call saying ok then bye I had to ask her 3 time to confirm what she was talking about. She would get a repeat prescription after doc out of clinic at 5.40 but tells me to call my chemist at 5.30! I left the call confused unsure what was going on. The receptionist was clearly in a rush maybe to answer the other calls, maybe they should employ more receptionists to take the pressure off. It’s no good having a nice new building if they can not deal with basic requests. This has been going on since harkness left. Not happy with it at all will look at moving surgery if it continues. |

I’ve been booked for 9.30am appointment at the telephone and when I arrive at the checkpoint is telling me I was booked 10.15am. Very bad practice, I regret I changed to this GP practice… if you need an appointment is hard to get one. |
