Now only accept same day appointments for which you have to call at 8am. No appointments can be booked for future days/weeks. Unfortunately means I can no longer access the services and I assume I am not the only one. | ||||||

I rang this morning after being in contact with 111 regarding my back pain to ask for a doctor to ring me as I can’t get to surgery. I was told by 111 that I would be prioritised as the pain seems to be in the kidney area (although not being doctors we’re not really sure). Bottom line is no doctor available today 24th August and hopefully one will contact me tomorrow morning. | ||||||

Not happy at all. Rang at 8am ,30 people before me so gave up at that point. Going elsewhere had enough. Some of the doctors are good. But on the whole a very poor service. | ||||||
