The incompetence of this surgery is beyond belief was told the doctor would ring me after 4:30 pm as I work till then the doctor rang at 11:30 am!! While I was at work so i missed the call and receptionist then says it's my fault,unable to book a face to face appt or a phone call to doctor unless I ring in at 8:am on the day,???????????? | ||||||

they say phone in the morning at 8 and you do not get through and when you do all the appointments have gone so they say you have to phone back the next day but when you have kids that you have to get ready for school it is hard to do that but they do not care and they get really rude and then they say it is you I tried from 758 to 850 this morning and all she said was that there was know more appointments and when I said I have been trying from 758 she said that they do not open until 8am as if I did not know but at the same time I have been told that some time the line is open at 730 and if she think that I was lying she can have a look at my phone and see
so I think that they should not discuss what they did at the weekend and just book a appointment

Hi,
today I had to phone the doctors twice, once in the morning and again in the afternoon, both of these calls were urgent and for different people.
When I phoned this morning at 8pm I was spoken to very politely and was told the doctor would phone later that morning, I was pleased as it is not always easy to get a appointment straight away as the doctors are very busy with a full workload these days, so I was greatful.
When the doctor phoned I was told to bring the patient to the surgery be be seen to, I was really pleased with this and went straight away, the patient was examined thoroughly and spoken to with empathy and kindness. I must say the patient and myself were very pleased with the service the doctor had given us, very professional to say the least.
Later on the same day, the afternoon, I had to make another appointment. I was told to go to a different surgery as there were no appointments available at the one I usually go to. On arrival to the doctors we only had to wait 5 minutes to be seen and again the doctor was thorough and professional at all times, we came away again very impressed by the way we were seen to and treated.
It is not always easy to get a appointment straight away when you want one due to the amount of people trying to get one and the workload of the doctors these days.
I have always been treated very professionally by the doctors and staff at the Gables medicentre always with dignity and respect.
I also have no problem in recommending the doctors and staff to anybody or family looking for a quality healthcare service in the local area, it has always been 10 out of10 for me and my family, thank you. | ||||||
