I have been a patient at this practice for over 13 years and i believe its provides an excellent service. The staff is always helpful and are always willing to help with any situation that arises. You get prompt response to your needs and are referred immediately if needed. Most staff have language skills and are also culturally competent so they put the patient at ease. My whole family is a patient at this Practice and are all very happy here. My mother who is very elderly has been given a back-line number so that she doesn't have to queue and can be assisted straightaway. |

I have had an extremely wonderful experience when i had my post Heart bypass care. my GP and nurses gave my a lot of support and was taken care in all respects of my needs. Regardless of the nature of health issue the advice combined with treatment is some thing is normal at this surgery. The surgery timings are generous and appointments are well organised and seen by the doctors on time. I have always been treated with a lot of respect that made me feel in the best hand and at worse time of my health i felt important .surgery always call me for any due test and review as and when necessary.It is my view that so long as the patient follows the rules this practice is providing the best service to the community that it can under very stretched NHS budget.Foe my ongoing health issues such a becoming diabetic I have been well looked after and regular monitoring by the surgery has educated me to self care and live normal. It is my view that this practice is big credit to this community . |
