I have tried to get through to the surgery twice today. The first time I was on the phone 16 minutes, I was 8th in the queue.I started ringing out and carried on ringing out for 4 minutes no one answered.the 2nd time I was 5th on the queue the same thing happened. You really do need to sort this out. It is very poor service for your patients. |

Thank you Irem for all your help , all staff are so professional,. Thank you Doctor for your support and saving me a trip to hospital to have bloods taken , Receptionists are especially helpfully and very friendly and understanding, as I noticed sitting waiting they have to deal with every situation , and all types of patients? A credit to the Surgery. |

Awful doctors surgery takes forever to get through on the phone and a lot of the time you get cut off after spending 30+ minutes trying to get through then to be told no appointments are available and they try fob you off with a video call that never have appointments available or using a walk in centre that is miles away! They refuse to allow you to pre book a appointment when you are working makes things more difficult i will be looking for another surgery to move to as sevice here is discusting makes you wonder why you pay national insurance !!! |
