Recently I have been very satisfied with the surgery. Previously I use to try ringing for an appointment around 8am as soon as the phone line was open but could not get through then when I did there were no appointment available so I would do the same the next day. However, now if I need an appointment I ensure I am at the surgery for 7.55am and can guarantee getting an appointment for the same day at a time convenient for me. Also the surgery use to have a late opening on a Monday which I have found useful. I recently recommended the Tudor practice to a family member who constanly experiences problems getting an appointment at there surgery. Last week I attended the surgery for some information and was very satisfied with the service I received. | ||||||
