I recently attended the practice for an ECG. When this was done, the result was sent down the telephone line to a specialist for analysis, when the result came in, it was seen by one of the GP's straight away, and my medication was revised.
This was a great service, no trekking to a hospital and waiting around etc. | ||||||

As before always get a fabulous service from the phone to the receptionists and then doctors. Maybe it's just me but they all genuinely seem to care. Please don't change anything. It's perfect. Thank you everyone | ||||||

After an app. I was asked to make my next app. immediatly in order to monitor blood pressure and review medication neither was done.A waste of time ? I realise it is now common practise to insist upon the use of the internet for communication but i protest not only for myself but also for the many other people that feel disenfranchised.The policy is in conflict with the policy of inclusivity. hypocracy? I have been with this surgery many years and have always found all involved to be polite helpfull & compassionate . | ||||||
