I rang the surgery today requesting a repeat prescription . The manner in which my request was dealt with was very ciold, unprofessional and totally inappropriate by the recprionst. I was so appalled with her reluctance to assist me in finding a resolution I cimmented I may have tio find anorher surgery to which she responded. Yes, it might be best. I have been a patient. I felt even if it was a thought, it was totally inappropriate to say.
In fact, I will now look for a surgery were staff respect the service user. | ||||||

I have always found the surgery staff and doctors extremely helpful and courteous obliging at all times, knowledgeable and always deals with any issues they are given by patients. | ||||||

The Receptionist was most caring and helpful and located and printed out information that I needed to complete my renewal of my Over 70s driving licence. This was ready when I called back to collect it and helped me in a stressful situation. Many thanks. | ||||||
