The staff are very friendly and helpful. Always welcoming. Gp provided me with accurate and informative information about my medical condition and the tablets I'm taking. Good work....keep it up | ||||||

Since joining this surgery it's been a nightmare...staff are rude and not helpful at all...getting an appointment is a joke ...we either get put on hold for a good half hour or when we get through appointment r given for the next 2 weeks or next month...ridiculous...doctors don't care about their patients and don't Give them time to talk about their health issues ...very poor service

We pride ourselves on our access to appointments, and are able to accommodate all appointment requests (including for routine appointments) within one week - therefore it is somewhat surprising to read your comment about waiting 2 weeks or a month. We have also made improvement to our phone access, and actively encourage use of online booking. Please do come and have a chat with me if you still have unaddressed concerns. I’ve attempted to make an appointment for an urgent problem and am unable to do so as when I’ve called, no one has answered. I’ve probably called 10 times over the last 2 days and no one has answered the phone. Disgusting. | ||||||
