I've been a patient for years at this surgrey but for a while now it's gone from bad to worse, none of the regular drs are here anymore they've left the good ones qso everytime you go in it's someone new we see locum drs. The surgery has had a new phone system which is no better just because it tells you what queue position your in and we're holding on for over half hour or more most days which is ridiculous. We complain and yet nothing gets done i seriously think this place is a joke now drs and staff nothing is the way it was. As always get a appointment with a actual dr we're waiting over 2WEEKS how ridiculous is that as the other surgrey you can get one on the day I've phoned around asking that's disgraceful. Have actually moved myself and my family another gp. |

My family and me have been registered for over 20years. Recently we bagan to see 2 doctors regurlary. One i have been informed has left, and no-one knows when the other one is coming back. This is a problem for my family as there is no gp that speaks the language of my parents where they could visit the surgery themselves. No notice was given that the drs were gonna leave and now i have to see irregular doctors who don't speak the language i have to start the gp patient relationship somewhere else.
Just as this place was going uphill its going downhill again. No doubt they will lose lots of patients including my family. |

Tried to make an appointment, always waiting on the phone, now been told to use the app and even then I can't get it on the app. Its ridiculous that I have to wait to get ab appointment, even for my baby, I can't see an actual doctor, have to be oncall or make an appointment at the walk in centre. Doesn't make sense |
