I am a student and I could not register at other clinic but this clinic received to me. I appreciated it and I impressed it from Japan. I recommend the clinic !! |

I used to find this practice welcoming and the staff friendly. However, there have been some new appointments and I seriously worry about their compassion and communication skills. As a patient you feel vulnerable and a kind ear would be welcomed. I have just been spoken to in the most patronising and undignified manner by one of the GPs via a telephone consult. You have lost all meaning of what being a doctor is about when you start speaking in that manner. It’s very sad. |

I have been a patient at this surgery for over seven years. It is an all round a pleasant experience. Even the receptionists are kind and friendly and willing to help.
the most positive points
The Doctors come out to reception to collect you, so you do not have to worry about missing your appointment.
There is no 'air of superiority' that I have experienced with other Doctors surgeries, they treat you like an equal.
When they greet you they are kind and friendly and they 'smile' makes you feel relaxed straight away
when you enter their surgery they sit directly opposite you (instead of behind a desk) and give you their FULL attention.
Their advice is always genuine and compassionate and they are never 'judgemental'
It is a real pleasure to have a meaningful conversation with a Doctor who actually 'listens'
They always remember your 'issues'/symptoms, you never have to keep reminding them
you always have the feeling that they have done their best for you and that will always be the case
…..and most important!!!
If you cannot get an appointment within a few days and the matter is urgent (and the receptionists do their best for you)…..truly extraordinary...your Doctor will call you back...and I have never known that with any other Doctor's surgery. |
