Excellent surgery 100% attended my appointment today for my knee steroid injection, I was see by doctor, ( Sopan Hatwar) he is the most caring gp I have ever seen, he explained the procedure step by step, answerd all my questions about what happens after, showed me exercise's to do after proceeding with injections, excellent doctor 100% top man. Thank you Dr Sopan Hatwar.???????? | ||||||

Rang this morning as I had a problem with my water works, a young lady answered named Samantha, well what can I say, she had the most impeccable telephone manner I have ever heard, she did'nt try to rush me off the phone like most do! She asked me my symptoms & sorted me a appointment out without fail, i really do wish all receptionist had this manner on the phone then you would have a 5 star on google. TOP Mark's Samantha 100% well done.???????????? | ||||||
