Ashfield Surgery

My experience with this surgery has been a story of two extremes. From 2006 - 2017 I had exemplary care from my doctor. Then he retired and things completely changed. My experience has been so bad that I have today been forced into making a formal complaint at the highest level possible.

I have noticed that the Ashfield staff can not take criticism and have ignored some of the comments, which means Asfield staff in general do not want to learn from thier mistakes. Managers Keane & J.Stanley are not very good and blame each other for any complaints that arise, and if that does not work they will blame the patient for any problems they have that were caused by the Doctors or call centre staff. Positive comments from Barbara, Sj, Anonymous Aug 5th, Lin etc are receiving responses from Ashfield staff which is 'bias'. Maybe they were either (ex-staff) that are supporting Ashfield staff and are blinkered people not knowing that thier is another side to Ashfield Surgery known as the 'darker neglecting side'. (Which has to be revealed sometime or another and now is the time for other patients to reveal the real truth of how the Doctors and call centre staff have been mistreating the patients secretly). Why has 'Lin' written two reviews? It's to cover up the flaws, imperfections and malpractices in Ashfield Surgery. Ashfield staff are not improving thier services, and are not interested in improving thier services for the patients well-being. Which means the Ashfield issues will remain contained and isolated within its practices and services permanently. They need to be put into (Special measures or Administration). Administration is better! There are other medical practices in the area. There is no 'safe guarding' in Ashfield Surgery Sutton Coldfield. I have been through issues with some of these Gp's such as: Dr R. Thompson who is a 'interferring doctor, who did not want me to receive treatment. Also, Dr W. Li who showed no interest in my symptoms that were causing my life a misery. Even Dr S. S. Soorae, who prevented me from receiving more examinations to find out what is actually wrong with my body because of the pain that l was in. He also is to blame because my condition has gotten worse and there is no cure for my new condition. Dr Hussain is very erroneous when he listens to patients concerns. (These doctors are negligent). Also, the call centre staff and thier incompetence put my life at risk several times by slamming the phone down on me and not arranging for me to see a doctor on the day. The call centre staff are negligent by putting patients lives at risk, and they lie down the phone to patients. Managers Keane & J. Stanley are not very good and blame each other like (Laurel and Hardy) for any complaints that arise, and if that does not work they will blame the patient for any problems that the patient has, that were caused by the Doctors or call centre staff. (In other words passing on the blame to others instead of dealing with the complaint of the patients). Dr A. P. Blight retired a while ago, while he was running Ashfield, the service was dreadful then. Dr Blight could not run a bath, never mind run a Medical Surgery, Dr Blight should of went into retirement a decade earlier or two. Ashfield Surgery has not improved with him or without him, even by employing new Doctors Ashfield is still a Medical surgery waiting to be put into (Special Measures or Administration). (This doctor is negligent). If you have been neglected or ill-treated by Ashfield staff, call centre staff or those two female Managers then go through the Ashfield Surgeries: Go onto the Ashfield website and look up the name of the staff, even the doctors registration No. .Complaints Procedure - read it and fill out the form and send it by registered delivery. .Contact CCG, phone and even write about your concerns .Contact NHS England, phone and even write about your concerns. .Contact the (registration organisation), that gives the doctors thier licences and write about your concerns. Continue to write reviews so that other patients are informed about what Ashfield Doctors/staff are like. Due to 'malepractice, neglect, incompetence, no-safeguarding which is ongoing. Your wages/pension goes towards their services.
